DEW-Prism Tank

This is just another inspiration that come uninvited .. based on Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun's Distruptor Tank ..currently worked with Blender 3D version 2.49

"If you can't fight your enemy with your current firepower, make them something that your firepower can afford"

This famous quote was from one of our faction's commander General Martinov Ivanovic on meetings held during the "Valkyrian war" where our faction and allied kingdom were under deep threat from Valkyrian tribe who posses super human capabilities and diabolical firepower originates from interaction with some kind of "metal" called "Ragnite".

This Ragnite element was first discovered nearby our allied kingdom about some hundred years ago and since then extensively used for weaponry (ragnite swords, lances)and fuel (liquefied form-the ragnoline). This element shows unique characteristics in its atomic properties that allows it to have multiple shapes , ranged from crystals till solid metallic block or even liquid, liquefied by heating it to 1300 degrees kelvin which later can be preserved in that state by addition of unknown element called "Sharnite". The solid shaped of ragnite also no less interesting , that substances shows capability to emit some form of energy when touched by a person who said to have "Valkyrian Blood" . However thorough examination on Valkyrian Weaponry captured during the war involving some cooperative women who inherited valkyrian blood showed that the materials in that lance acted as a "medium" and amplified the power of the wielder depending on the person's psychic ability . However the exact mechanism was still not fully understood .

Valkyrian Tribe is some kind of Warrior tribe who lived in the southernmost part of our Super-continent (about some 1000 Km from our southern most allied Kingdom "Vielba"), this tribe is known as a "War Tribe" who have undergo many major battles and conquered some 100 kingdoms ruled them with their power and mercilessly eliminated any resistance. The last time they wage a full scale war was around 100-200 years ago against an alliance of ancient kingdom, ended with great victory and additional territories from conquered kingdoms after that they somehow went "hiatus" probably after changes of leadership by a queen who had vision on peace instead of war, and since then the Valkyrian kingdom begun to conduct trades and diplomatic relationships with nearby nations, this relationship allows our explorers to travel in their country and brought back some information related to their society, educations, cultures etc. Information brought back by our explorer also contains some concern related to their leadership, latest info received about a year before the war describing 2 major factions in their parliament , one supports continued peaceful relationship with nearby nations while another one supports "Raise the Glory of Valkyrian" with ambitions to rule the world. The factions that support expansions and global conquest later ruled their council after obtaining support from Valkyrian Princess Diana Excelina who later obtaining queen position through winning a public duel against previous queen Maria Excelina her old sister who support peaceful relationship between Valkyrian race with humans and elves. She later, with iron hand cleansed the parliaments from those who resists her , killing most of her political enemies and their family, Survivors escaped from the massacre were escaped to our allied nations and currently under our guards, Queen Maria later uses this issues to persude the nations that "Our country has been Betrayed" and later assemble Valkyrian Knights and started to wage a war against nearby kingdom , including our allied kingdom which later requested our assistance due to overwhelming capability of invading Valkyrian knights.

In Military aspects the strongest edge of Valkyrian kingdom, lies in their army and naval forces, although being famous of their expertise in riding dragons , they're no match for our agile fighters like MiG-29's Su-27's and our Shelenia Light fighter family . in army their number of troops estimated as some ~2.900.000 personnels supported by various ragnite based weaponry. Those weapons are superior to our elf allies's weapons and may offer some parities with our fire arms and equipments .Their Ragnite Lance for example is able to penetrate typical steel armour and may resist some types of reactive armour (Kontakt-3, Kontakt-5) installed in our vehicles , only the latest relikt and Riena ERA system are capable to resist their lance's penetration capability.The lance is also capable of firing a high intensity beam that capable of destroy anything in its path , a group consists with 12 valkyrian soldiers is capable of taking out a brigade of tanks with 12:0 kill ratio, pretty much the same with our early conflicts with Legion of Darkness where one of their leader simply eliminated 4 divisions of our troops in single attack , but after losing massive amounts of their troops . their naval forces are no less impressive, supported with various ships with various purposes mimicking our own fleet's compositions, there are destroyers, light gunship, landing ships and Dragon Carriers with air complements of some 160 dragons. Valkyrian naval fleet is usually centered around a massive battleship which code named "Bragnia"-class this massive ships, although smaller than our Slava and Kirov class cruiser, still pack heavy punch with her massive Wave gun shaped as giant lance located at its bow , however this weapon is limited by line of sight , and the ship itself practically has no decent air defense against our supersonic anti ship missiles and practically defenseless against our submarine , we exploited these vulnerabilities and successfully reduces their naval
capability . However the most of the fights occured on the ground and air where Valkyrians have their numerical advantages and utilized it to the fullest.

At early days of war our troops, Allied kingdoms and exiled Valkyrians led by Ex-Queen Maria were in complete disadvantages by overwhelming numbers of enemy valkyrians, Their shields and armours are capable of withstanding most types of our munitions including Anti Material Rifles ..and to say nothing with our standard issues 7,62mm assault rifles which they called as "flea shots" however our troops later begun to learn on how to attack them properly by utilizing their blind spot while defend an attack and strike from multiple positions when the Valkyrian's body is exposed , other means of attack includes directly hit their shield or armor with 138mm APFSDS with tungsten penetrator from our defender tanks which will break the shield as well as the owner, however these methods was only effective against small number of Valkyrians as they're also learn to cooperate each other and coordinate their attack, our forces later using Fuel Air Explosive munitions dropped from aircrafts and artillery and later our allied nation and exiled Valkyrian's dragons with some successes , forcing Valkyrian troops to withdraw from combat areas after losing troops due to asphyxiation. However still, the Valkyrian still hold advantages over us.

The disadvantages and numerous defeats in frontline forced Commander of our forces there General Martinov Ivanovic to find solution on how to defeat or at least brought our forces a parity on them , the solution later showd up as a light after small team of science officers cooperate with Ex-queen Maria's Valkyrians discovered resonant frequency of Ragnite. The Ragnite exhibit strange behavior on frequency around Ku-Band (18GHZ) frequency where its atom vibrating and later colliding each other leading to disintegration. This later led to a proposal of a weapon similar in principles with Microwave based Directed Energy Weapons similar with Ranets E. The proposals later approved and prototype vehicle assembled around on Istral 4-tread universal Heavy Chassis, the vehicle later named as "DEW-Prism" , first prototype was rolled out several weeks later and tested against Valkyria lance , yielded result of estimated kill range around 9 km. The first combat occur few days later when 8 of this vehicle deployed against invading Valkyrian army, the result were devastating as any Valkyrians come close on its kill range Had their armour broken, and powerful field intensity generated from 1,2 Megawatt Travelling Wave Tube Transmitter left clear Microwave burn mark on ther skin. However the most important effect, the loss of armour and lance significantly dropped their combat efficiency and raised their vulnerability to our forces later 200 DEW prisms are ordered and deployed on combat.

The war ended with the destruction of Valkyrian Ragnite fortress in ruined Thveares kingdom where queen Diana personally supervise the final decisive battle.

The Battle lasted about 8 days claiming lots of casualties in both sides , from 200 DEW prism built around 95 were lost in combat, the remaining units are now put in reserves waiting for other deployment , 5 of them are donated to war museums in Vielba kingdom

-This vehicles is not only dangerous to enemy but also allies, when emitting troops are advised to keep distances as its powerful parabolic Antenna may also emit electrically lethal sidelobes and backlobes, which proven to be able to kill animals and birds and proven to disintegrate Valkyrian armour even when she stand in place not located on the main lobe of the antenna

-This vehicle is also equipped with PKT-2 Mine roller device , however this mine roller have bad reputation as "Man Roller" , this reputation came after several combat operations involving mine roller equipped DEW prism who crush unarmored and unarmed Valkyria, this later led to a decision to remove the rollers already installed on some DEW prisms due to Humanitarian reason, Disabled Valkyrian can later be taken as a POW and used as a bargaining card with enemy factions or re-assigned to EX-queen Maria's small forces.

-Many Valkyrian now still look this vehicle with fear and respect, interviewed valkyrian knight describe this vehicle as "Monster" that make her power useless and delivers lots amount of pain. in our forces however this vehicle is well known as a "Grill Pan" or barbecue maker due to its Antenna's shape and when it's folded which resemble a barbecue maker

-Commander Matinov Ivanovic approved the creation of this vehicle despite of criticism for his "Human War Only" Policy. Our faction is actually possess superhuman capable personnel far exceeded those valkyrians currently within commander Ivanovic's command, including the one who responsible of annihilation of Commander Ivanovic's 4 Divisions mentioned on the background story. Commander Ivanovic however responded with these sentence s
