Student Council

Well perhaps the quality of the logo isn't quite representative to define "school student council".. but well it's my bad that i'm practically "Color Blind"..or in long term.. having little to no "sensitivity" toward color in logo design.

Clearly reflected from my logos which rarely features full colored scheme and mostly monochrome...well i wish i could fix it soon.

Anyway let's get to the background.

The school where my main characters "waging war against the bullies" is governed by three major "organizations" namely :

-The Rangeville Foundation which founded the school
-Teacher's Council
-Student Council

Although those "governing body" are basically related to each other.. in practice however they're largely act on its own ..with minimum interactions each other.

The Rangeville foundation deals mainly with school promotions and fundings and government relation (to the department of education), current owner of this foundation is Alan Rangeville.. a multitrillionaire of Rangeville family. Foundation is the highest authority of the school and can directly interfere to whatever happened there. However this intervention is of a rare occurence. In fact the foundation basically don't give a damn on whatever happened at school as long as it doesn't affect overall school conditions, they're even ignored our bombardements and large scale offensive against bullies class.

The foundation has its own private armed service... however these services are not as extensive as Student council's armed service as well as ours (no warships, fighterplanes, attack helos and Tanks).

Teacher's council deals with the curicullum and educations. This council worked closely with student council, to determine what subjects to taught and deals with teacher recruitments.
Teacher's welfare also included.

This council is at best described as "impotent" as they are not having any authority to intervene with conflict between students or group of students. However teachers can deal with misbehaved student toward him/her.. by either giving detention by sending the misbehaved student to student council detention and counseling center OR deal with his/her own way. The latter is usually favored, especially by our homeroom teacher Ms Sophia Martha Elvina who is also known as "Iron Lady"

This council doesn't have armed service.. but since some teachers indeed have great martial art skills (and there are masters among them).. there seems to be no need for having one.

Some teachers however were also a bullies and outrightly support bullying of weaker students (like one in our class sectors).. Unfortunately Teacher's council lacked any sub-body to correct these misbehaved teachers.

This council is led by Ms. Shiina Haruko

Student Council

This is the "true" governing body in the school.. dealing with all student related activities as well as basically maintaining the school.

Student council is the one who have rights to directly deal and resolve conflicts between students and providing "peace and security" in the school. For that purpose they have school security forces consisting of handpicked strongest students and school security forces with armored vehicles , fighter jets, attack helicopters and ships of various kind... Essentially they're the school's armed forces.

However since President Lita Alexandra left for some business in foreign country (she's owner of a Private Military Corporation and the heir of Alexandra Inc. a global electronic industry..business is clear).. That "armed forces" didn't do a solid thing to maintain peace and security of the whole school... but only few "green zones" and gifted children class. they're letting bullies to invade our sectors and forcing us and teachers in the area to fend off for ourselves.

The reason for that apparent neglections is that because the one who assume power after Alexandra left.. Her little Brother Charles.. which is a well known and seasoned bullies.. thinking students having no Ki or martial art skills are piece of trash (although that was changed later unfortunately after our cruise missile hit his office, not killing him but the explosion amputated both his right hand and legs)

The logo of the student council depicts the megafloat of our school and the circle in the middle depicting book, swords and pen.. stating that "Knowldege is power".. however the reality is that the sword and the pen stands independently.
